Summary: Once again they manage to give the worst service . Check-in it’s a mystery that I have 2 bookings in one stay and of course key didn’t work . Check out at 04.30 the receptionist walked away to the lift when she saw me and waited 15 min and no one came . No one at this hotel cares about customer service it’s so amazing and it’s every single time . I ended up not having my parking validated and other refunded other things I planned at check out .

Summary: My partner and I have a wonderful experience. Thankful to the staff for their english speaking skills. The breakfast was nice, beautiful view from that part of the hotel.

Summary: The location is very central (walkable in less than 10 mins from train station, tram also available). You can also walk to the centre of the old town and the Gewandhaus Concert Hall. Staff are friendly and welcoming, rooms are clean, comfortable.

Summary: Service in the roof top bar is non existing. It’s not so bad actually because you won’t find seating anyway due to poor interior planning.
